Material compatibility is confirmed against the exact stored medium, concentration where relevant, temperature, exposure conditions and order specification. Other fuels require separate compatibility confirmation.

Manufactured to the Confirmed Order

In-house production covers material preparation, cutting, hot-air welding, valve and flange installation, inspection and packing. Export packing and international delivery are coordinated for your destination.

An additional welded layer widens the main seam, improving load distribution and durability. It reduces leakage risk during normal use but does not guarantee zero leakage.

Valve quantity, position and port size are confirmed per project. Optional examples include 2 Camlock inlets, a 1/2" stainless-steel outlet, a 3/4" top outlet and handles. These are not standard on every bladder.

TPU and fittings are selected for the stored fuel: polyester TPU for diesel and polyether TPU for confirmed gasoline configurations.

Material is cut to specification and joined by hot-air welding in-house.

Valves, flanges and fittings are installed to the confirmed configuration, with positions and port sizes matched to your equipment and site connections.

Inspection

Can fuel bladders store diesel or gasoline?

Yes, with a configuration confirmed for the exact fuel and project. Polyester TPU is used for diesel and is not suitable for gasoline. Gasoline requires polyether TPU. No single configuration is assumed suitable for every fuel.

The main body is joined by hot-air welding in-house. The main seam is reinforced with an additional welded layer to widen the bonding area and improve seam durability. This reduces the risk of leakage during normal use.

How are fuel bladders packed for export?

Bladders are folded, protected and prepared for export packing, with container loading coordinated for the destination. Packing details are confirmed with each order.
