QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Checks for Flexible Products
Inspection follows the confirmed product, material, dimensions, seams, fittings and documentation requirements for each order.

INSPECTION PROCESS
What Is Checked Before Packing
Material type, weight and configuration are checked against the order before production.
Cut components and assembled products are checked against confirmed dimensions and drawings.
Welded seams are inspected for continuity and condition. Reinforced-seam products receive an additional layer only at the specified seam areas.
Valves, flanges and fittings are checked for correct installation, position and function against the confirmed configuration.
Testing follows the applicable method for the product type, including water-fill testing where required by the configuration.
Finished products are checked against the confirmed order before folding and packing.
Confirm Documentation Before the Order
Include required material documents, inspection records, packing records or other documentation in the enquiry. Availability, content and issuing format are confirmed in the quotation or order scope. Website images and generic brochures do not replace order-specific documentation.
Certificates and test documents are confirmed by product type, material, application and order requirements.
