Overview

Start with the Water Use

A water bladder is a collapsible tank for sites where fixed storage is unavailable or impractical. It folds for transport and empty storage, supporting temporary supply, seasonal storage, farms, camps and emergency response.

Specify the use: irrigation, livestock support, emergency reserve, construction, temporary storage or potential potable-water storage. Standard bladders are not automatically drinking-water grade. Potable use requires separate review of the material, inner contact surface, fittings and required food-contact documentation.

Suitability for temporary, mobile or remote-site water storage depends on the water source, operating conditions and project requirements.

Material PVC or TPU, confirmed against the water type and environment
Capacity Project-specific capacity and dimensions
Fittings Ball valves 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2", integrated valves 1", 2", vent configurations
Seam In-house hot-air welding; main seam reinforced where specified
Packing Folded, protected and export packed

Materials for Your Water and Environment

PVC

Non-potable water

Commonly used for non-potable water and general temporary storage.

TPU

Higher requirements

Selected for higher requirements; polyether TPU can be considered for potable-water candidates.

Potable use requires separate project review. Material, inner surface, fittings and required food-contact documentation must be confirmed before quotation. Standard water bladders are not automatically drinking-water grade.

From Specification to Export Packing

In-house production covers material preparation, cutting, hot-air welding, fitting installation, inspection and packing. Export packing and delivery are coordinated for your destination. Where specified, an additional welded layer reinforces the main seam to improve durability and reduce leakage risk during normal use.
