The main seam is reinforced with an additional welded layer to widen the bonding area and improve seam durability. This reduces the risk of leakage during normal use; it is not a zero-leakage guarantee.

What products does FUUSHAN manufacture?
Fuel bladders, water bladders, fish farming tanks, spill containment berms and biogas products, built from TPU, PVC and polymer-coated fabrics and configured for each project.
Can capacity and dimensions be customized?
Yes. Capacity, dimensions, fittings, valves and material are reviewed against the stored medium and site conditions before quotation, within the feasible range of the product structure.
What materials are used and how are they selected?
TPU (polyester or polyether) and PVC are matched to the stored medium. Polyester TPU is used for diesel and is not suitable for gasoline. Gasoline requires a polyether TPU configuration. Material selection is confirmed per project.
Are there real project records I can review?
Yes. Three delivered projects are summarised on the home page: diesel storage in Kenya, RAS aquaculture in Norway and irrigation water storage in Australia. One is written up as a full case record — the Australia irrigation buffer. Results depend on the final specification, installation, operating conditions and site practices.
What information should I provide for a quote?
Send the stored medium, required capacity, quantity, fittings and destination. We review the application and recommend a material and configuration before quotation. No commitment is required until you confirm the specification.
How are products packed for export?
Products are folded, protected and export-packed for the destination. Container loading and international delivery are coordinated with logistics partners. Preliminary packed dimensions, CBM and gross weight may support quotation and freight planning; final figures follow actual packing.
