FUUSHAN carries out material preparation, cutting, hot-air welding, fitting installation and finished-product inspection in house. Export packing is coordinated for each order.
Production Workflow
Material preparation
Raw materials, TPU, PVC and polymer-coated fabrics, are checked before production. Material selection is confirmed against the stored medium and project requirements.
Cutting
Components are cut to the confirmed dimensions, with panel and seam positions matched to approved drawings.
Hot-air welding
Hot-air welding joins components for most products, with parameters matched to the material and seam configuration.
Valve and fitting installation
Valves, flanges and fittings are installed with the confirmed port positions and sizes.
Assembly
Products are assembled to the confirmed configuration, with connections checked against the order before inspection.
Finished-product inspection and packing
Assembled products are inspected against the confirmed order before packing.

Cutting and Welding
Components are cut to specification and joined by hot-air welding, the core process for most of our products. Where specified, the main seam is reinforced with an additional welded layer to improve seam durability and reduce the risk of leakage during normal use.
Valve and Fitting Installation
Valves, flanges and fittings follow the confirmed quantities, positions and port sizes for the site piping and pump layout.
Assembly and Finished-Product Inspection
Assembled products are inspected against the confirmed configuration before packing.
Inspection covers the configuration against specification, seam and fitting checks, and testing as applicable to the product type.
