Structure overview
Modular Pipe Frame, Flexible PVC Liner
Galvanized pipes and fittings form the supporting frame. A flexible PVC liner holds the water inside.
Round or rectangular layouts are reviewed against farm layout, capacity, access and intended use. Pipe sizes, liner specification and dimensions are confirmed before quotation.

Pipe and wall thickness
Pipe diameter and wall thickness are reviewed for the selected size and use; no single standard is assumed.
PVC liner
Liner material, thickness and weight vary by model and use. Water conditions and project requirements are reviewed before quotation.
Bottom valve included
Bottom valve requirements are included in the tank configuration. Position, port size and installation method are confirmed per order.
Optional equipment
Optional aeration pumps, filtration equipment and protective netting can be supplied or sourced.
Quantity and packing
We calculate packing and loading from the selected frame, liner, accessories and quantity.
For folded export shipments, on-site bottom-valve installation may be recommended to protect the valve and liner from compression during transport.

Frame, liner and fittings are supplied to the confirmed configuration. Assembly time depends on size, quantity, site preparation and included equipment.

Prepare the site
Ground preparation and access are reviewed for the frame size and intended water volume.

Assemble the frame
Pipes and fittings are joined on site before the flexible liner is positioned inside the frame.

LCL, a smaller container or a full container is selected according to packed volume and quantity.
