Every flexible tank order is checked against the confirmed configuration before it is folded and packed. Inspection follows the product type, material, dimensions, seams, fittings and documentation agreed for that order rather than a generic checklist.
Material and dimensions
Material type, weight and configuration are checked against the order before production starts. Cut components and assembled products are then measured against the confirmed dimensions and drawings.
Seams and fittings
Welded seams are inspected for continuity and condition. Products that use reinforced seams receive an additional layer only at the specified seam areas. Valves, flanges and fittings are checked for correct installation, position and function against the confirmed configuration.
Testing and packing
Testing follows the applicable method for the product type, including water-fill testing where the configuration requires it. Finished products are checked against the confirmed order once more before folding and packing.
Documentation
Required material documents, inspection records and packing records should be stated in the enquiry. Availability, content and issuing format are confirmed in the quotation or order scope. Website images and generic brochures do not replace order-specific documentation.
