Every flexible tank order is checked against the confirmed configuration before it is folded and packed for export. Inspection follows the agreed product type, material, dimensions, seams, fittings and documentation for that specific order rather than a generic checklist.
Material and dimensions
Material type, weight and coating configuration are verified against the confirmed specification before cutting begins. Cut components and assembled tank panels are measured against approved engineering drawings, verifying width, length and height to ensure the finished unit fits the intended containment berm or installation site.
Seams and fittings
High-frequency welded seams are inspected for continuity, alignment and surface condition across every seam line, with a standard overlap of 25 mm or project-specified reinforcement layers. Valves, flanges, vents and Camlock couplings are checked for correct torque, seal gasket placement and position according to the piping schedule.
Testing and packing
Testing follows the applicable protocol detailed in our quality control and testing standards, including air-retention checks or hydrostatic fill testing where specified by project scope. After verification, units are cleaned, folded with protective liners, and packed into reinforced timber export crates to withstand maritime transit.
Documentation
Required material certificates, mill test reports, inspection checklists and export packing lists should be stated during inquiry. Availability, format and certifying bodies are confirmed during quotation. Website photography and generic brochures do not substitute for order-specific compliance records.
